Venice is full of hotels, but there aren’t many hostels in Venice – the city just isn’t known for cheap places to sleep, unfortunately. In fact, it’s just not known as a haven for anyone who focuses on cheap travel. But Venice hostels are a great way to save money on your trip though the city – especially if the alternative is not seeing this magical place at all.
I visited one of the hostels in Venice on my most recent trip to the canal city, and you can check out the full review (with pictures) at the link below.
There are a few other Venice hostels you can look into; I haven’t visited these personally, so I can’t provide any insights into whether they’re any good or not.
Casa Linger Hostel
Camping Fusina Tourist Village
And if you’re willing to spend a little more for a cheap hotel in Venice, I’ve either stayed in these properties or visited them personally:
Hotel Astoria
Hotel Dalla Mora

I want to stay in Rome and Venice for 11 days starting Jun 1st and leaving Jun 11. I already purchased my flight tickect to Rome. I am trying to find travel agent and make hotel reservation, and plan the trip. we are 4 people and we need 3 rooms.
I’m not a travel agent, Lulu, so what I can do for you is point you to the hotel booking sections on this site where you can browse your options and book hotels yourself.
Here’s the page with Rome hotels:

And here’s the one with Venice hotels:

On both of those pages, you’ll see links to articles I’ve written about hotels in various parts of each city. Click on them for details on the hotels, and links to book them.
