I thought I had left a comment on here..I am going to remember the name of this hot chocolate for when I go to Italy again.

The lady on the next table to me outside the cafe had this, it looked so tasty, but I didn;t know the name of it Next Time:-)

Just had my first of the season today in Rome! They also sell little packets in the grocery stores that you can stock up on and bring home to make. The brand is called Cameo Ciobar and I actually just saw that you can order it in the UK (not sure about the US) https://www.nifeislife.com/cameo-ciobar-125g-p-1158.html
