Throwing Pizza Dough - Caught on Video
While much of what’s available on sites like YouTube is pretty ridiculous, there are occasional gems. You might disagree with me that this particular video is a gem, but I happen to really enjoy it. What I love is that it’s a short video taken by a guy of his local pizzaiolo doing what he does best. It’s not going to change the world, but there’s something really satisfying about watching someone who’s done the same thing day after day and who’s clearly really good at it.
Okay, it’s also probably because of the fact that I’m hungry right now that I like this video. I’m just hoping Jeff posts the rest of the pizza-making process at some point.
