please sir…i want to visit my friend in ireland for a weekend and i have just my itailian normal permit of stay…i want to know if i need a vise or i can just go for a visit without it…please reply as soon as you can..

HI,im Czech Republic national, but ive been ;living in ireland for 5 years than i met my fiance , and desided to move to italy as hes albanian and …not in E.U . i have my famely there in Ireland , we would like to go to ireland to visit my famely… he has permesso di sogiorno for the last 3 -4 years .
