		<description>I agree with Federico. Don&#039;t leave a tip, just say &quot;tenga il resto&quot; if you really want to, but it is not necessary. Remember that in Italy you can end up insulting someone offering few coins because it can imply you consider him a person in need. As it is very clearly said here, waiters in Italy have usually a contract and all the rights granted, so they really do not need it. Further, I have never seen anyone giving a tip to the barman beforehand. Maybe in the south? However this sounds a bit like bribery ... I won&#039;t do it if I were you!</description>
