Italian Insult: Mezza Sega

I know I’ve already posted two lists of Italian swear words - first my favorites and then your suggestions - but I received this gem a few months ago from a friend, and I knew I had to share it with you. It’s just too good to keep to myself.

I bring you an Italian insult worthy of its own post:

The note I got from my friend, who visited Italy over the summer, explains it perfectly:

Only the best insult ever, it means, literally, half a saw. But in every day use, it means ‘half a wanker’ - somebody who is so lazy, they can’t even finish their own job.

Now my only task is to find an excuse to use this one. Often.
