I’ve gotten a few emails about this, so let me be clear – I’m not with the government of Ireland, or the embassy or consulates. I write about Italy. I am ethiopian and a student in italy and i have a plan to go to ireland to visit my friend for one week . so is possible to to ireland with out applying to visa or with out visa by italian permiso soggorno?
